Products intended for children must be purchased by an adult. Adults are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, age recommendations, warnings and supervision requirements before allowing a child to use a product.

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, packaging updates and screen settings.
Customers must review product dimensions, age recommendations, included components and safety information before ordering.
We may correct genuine typographical, pricing or product-information errors. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and a refund where necessary.
3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Our processing time is generally 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days within the United States.

If we cannot ship an order within the advertised timeframe, we will comply with applicable Federal Trade Commission requirements concerning shipping delays, customer consent and refunds.

6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.
7. Product Safety
Customers must follow all instructions, warnings, age recommendations and safety information supplied with a product.
Adult assembly or supervision may be required for certain toys. Packaging materials and small components should be kept away from children where they create a choking or other safety risk.
